What is Rising Sun TCG?
Welcome to Rising Sun TCG. We are a small independent trading card shop located in Camborne that is focused on providing a fun and relaxing social space for everyone to share and enjoy their hobbies with the local community. ​​
What products does Rising TCG Sell?
We offer a wide range of TCG related products including English, Japanese and Korean booster packs, thousands of single cards, graded cards, Pokémon plushies and so much more.
What type of events and activities does Rising Sun TCG offer?
Our mantra has always been to focus on fun events that bring the community together. We host a weekly games night every Friday that allows players to meet, hang out, trade and test their decks against each other in a more casual and relaxed environment. Larger themed events are hosted every few months that are based around a seasonal holiday like Halloween, Christmas or Easter. These events are always free, fully catered for and include gifts, exclusive store discounts, music and a fun party like atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. ​
What food & drinks can you enjoy at Rising Sun TCG?
We currently do not offer food, except for special events, although we are situated next door to the incredible Coco Bean Café that serves an authentic mix of delicious Caribbean dishes that we highly recommend. ​If you are after a quick breather and need some refreshment we always try to have a good mix of soft drinks available in-store.
Can I sell my trading cards to you?
Absolutely! we are always looking to add to our growing selection of trading cards. We offer some of the highest percentages (up to 80% market) on trading cards in the South-West. If you have any cards you would like to sell or trade-in please send us a message and we will get back to you.
What else do you buy?
Currently we offer cash and/or store credit for binders, pins, graded Pokémon cards (Ace/PSA/CGC/BGS) and sealed Pokémon product (ETBs / UPCs / Booster Boxes). Any other sealed product is dependant on age, condition, authenticity and provenance.
Do you accept trades?
Of course, although condition and our current stock levels for individual card(s) can influence whether a trade can be accepted at that time. If a trade cannot be agreed we offer alternative options such as store credit and cash.
Do you sell cards online?
​Yes, we have an eBay account with 100% positive feedback that is primarily focused on single cards. We are currently in the process of cataloguing and uploading 100's of cards to ebay and this website.
Do you offer pre-orders?
We do not currently offer pre-orders for sealed Pokémon products due to the incredibly high demand and limited allocation. Limited quantity reservations (booster packs etc.) are available for in-store pick-up after a product releases and while stock lasts. We are also always happy to add individual items to our wholesale orders for a small non-refundable deposit.
